Mandatory Information for Orders Fulfilled in the USA

To comply with the U.S. Customs Regulation (T86), it is now mandatory for all orders fulfilled from the USA to include a valid phone number and email address. This requirement is essential to avoid disruptions in shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.

Failure to provide a valid phone number or email address may result in delays, rejected shipments, or orders being returned to the sender. Cap & Coat is not responsible for any shipping delays or additional fees incurred due to the lack of correct contact details.

If you have provided incorrect information, please contact us immediately at info@capandcoat.com before your order is shipped. Once an order is in transit, we cannot make modifications to the shipping information.


International Orders

For international shipments, including those fulfilled from China, we will contact you to confirm the correct phone number before your order is dispatched. If we do not receive confirmation, your order will be held for up to 90 days in our warehouse. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the products without any liability for the order.

Please ensure you provide accurate contact details at checkout to avoid any disruptions. Failure to do so may result in your order being returned or held, and any additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.


Liability for Incorrect Information

Cap & Coat is not liable for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer, including:

  • Wrong address
  • Invalid phone number or email

In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping fees.
