Refund Policy for Cap & Coat
At Cap & Coat, all products are made to order with care and precision. Due to the nature of our production process, we are unable to support returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or shipping details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information is accurate before submission.
However, we do provide refunds or replacements under specific circumstances:
Refund Eligibility
1. Order Cancellation Before Production
If your order has not yet entered production, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Refunds During Production
If your order is "In Production," "Production Completed," or "Qualified," we will deduct the cost of the product and refund the remaining amount.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will only be issued upon submission of clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Steps to Request a Refund
- For defective or incorrect items, contact our customer service team at info@capandcoat.com. Include your order number and photos that clearly show the problem with the product.
- If your order has not yet entered production, you can cancel it directly through the Order Details page on our website.
Exceptions
- Once an order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds or cancellations unless the item is defective or incorrect.
